During the Parliamentary Elections 2024 on Thursday, January 11th, the Department of Communication (DCOMM) will be bringing hourly updates from the polling stations throughout election day.

The hourly updates will be distributed to all media houses on Sint Maarten.

The public can follow the results via DCOMM mediums.

The Department of Communication will air live footage and results coming in from the different polling stations, interviews with Party Leaders, Central Voting Bureau/Former Chairman, Electoral Council, the Ombudsman/Former Ombudsman, Secretary General of Parliament, Civil Registry, Focus Groups, Television Specials and followed by Public Service Announcements throughout the election broadcast.

The hourly updates will begin at 9:00am to 8:00pm from the DCOMM TV Studio via DCOMM mediums. Starting at 9:00pm until, DCOMM in collaboration with the House of Parliament will resume the live broadcast from the Parliament building.

The hosts for the morning coverage will be Ms. Roylyka Roache and Ms. Makhicia Brooks, and the evening hosts will be Mr. Ronny Busby and Ms. Makhicia Brooks.

The results of each voting station will be announced as they come in.

All eligible voters are encouraged to go to the polls and vote on Thursday, January 11, 2024.

The Department of Communication will keep the public informed at all times during the Parliamentary Elections Broadcast 2024.​
