Your original business and/or director’s, branch, vending and operational or licenses.

A copy of the minutes of the shareholders’ meeting with regards to the cancellation of the Business and director licenses of (NV/BV)

Liquidated copy publication sheet (in cases of liquidation of NV or BV ).

A copy of a court decision /verdict (in cases of bankruptcy of NV or BV).

A copy of a stamped document from the Chamber of Commerce and or the Tax Office, stating that the business has been closed or that the director has resigned.
