Declaration Of Conduct Is Now Online! (Verklaring Omtrent Het Gedrag – Vog)
Do you need to request a Declaration of Conduct? The following documents are required to begin the application process.

Appearance Requirements

Applicant must be registered in the civil registry on St. Maarten or was once a resident registered in the Civil Registry.

Document Requirements

- Valid Passport, ID Card or Driver's License
- Original Detailed Registration Form (not older than 3 months)
- Authorization Letter (if applying on behalf of the applicant)

Depending on the purpose of your request the following documents may also be applicable.

- Updated Weapon License Request
- Letter from the Adoption Agency
- Letter from the Educational Institution (for Employment or Educational reasons)
