Income Tax Declaration

An Income Tax Declaration is a formal statement, disclosing details about your income, investments, expenses, and other financial information.

Income Tax declaration requirements:

• A copy of pages 1, 2, and the summary list pages A, B, and C.
• A copy of a valid driver’s license, ID issued on Sint Maarten, or any valid passport.

Please submit the above-mentioned document(s) as an attachment to your request via email to: taxinfo@sintmaartengov.org

Note

The attached requirements must correspond with the year requested. For example: If you are requesting an income declaration for 2022, please provide required pages of the 2022 income tax form.

• Be sure to mention which department the request is intended for. For example: Education, DUO, SZV, Immigration or Labor department.
• For study financing requests, please provide a copy of student ID or Passport. Please indicate if the request is intended for one parent or both.
• The Summary lists are located on Page 16, 17, and 18 of your tax return form. (Please note the summary page number may differ on Tax return forms not issued by the Tax Department Sint Maarten)
