The Civil Registry Department (Burgerzaken) is responsible for maintaining all the personal data for the population of Sint Maarten. You can contact this municipal department for products containing your personal data. Products such as driving license, an extract from the Basic Administration, registration form, the registry of births, acknowledgements, deaths, marriages and divorces.
The Department of the Civil Registry is also responsible for organizing elections on Sint Maarten.
